Target disk - no electronic components, displacing the traditional electronic measuring head, cancelling the equipment failure caused by circuit.
Equipment calibration - one time RCP calibration is enough after the completion of equipment installation, easy operation, need no regular repeat this work.
Measuring process - need no rims compensation, shorten the measuring time, improve accuracy.
Software system - easy operation, finished positioning data reading within 2 minutes.
